Terms and Conditions
Terms governing access to and use of KAAB Global websites, AI automations, AI receptionist, chatbot, CRM, booking, SMS, email, website, funnel, and support services.
Introduction
Welcome to KAAB Global (“KAAB Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, AI automation services, AI voice receptionist services, chatbot solutions, CRM and calendar integrations, missed-call text back, SMS and email workflows, website and funnel services, and any related products or support we provide.
By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, subscribing to services, or using any KAAB Global service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable agreement, proposal, order form, or statement of work. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. Services
KAAB Global provides AI-powered and automation-related services for small and mid-size businesses. Services may include AI voice receptionists, AI chatbots, automated appointment booking, CRM and pipeline workflows, missed-call text back, lead follow-up, review automation, SMS and email reminders, website design, funnel design, and related digital marketing or support services.
The specific services, features, deliverables, and setup details included for a client will depend on the package, proposal, agreement, or onboarding scope selected by that client.
2. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
Some KAAB Global services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees described in your pricing plan, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
A one-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fee may apply. This fee covers initial configuration, workflow setup, AI receptionist or chatbot preparation, calendar or CRM connection, scripts, forms, automations, or other onboarding activities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly subscription fees are billed according to the payment schedule agreed with you. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date and ensuring payments are made on time.
Payments already processed for a billing period are generally non-refundable unless KAAB Global agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription by contacting KAAB Global or using any billing or account management process made available to you. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
After cancellation, services may continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the subscription period ends, automations, AI call handling, chatbot services, booking workflows, CRM updates, or other active services may be disabled.
KAAB Global may suspend or terminate services if payment is not received, if required client information is not provided, if a client misuses the services, or if these Terms are violated.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete, and current information needed to configure and operate your services. This may include business details, service descriptions, FAQs, working hours, pricing guidelines, appointment rules, call handling preferences, CRM details, calendar access, scripts, and approved messaging.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving call scripts, chatbot responses, workflow logic, SMS and email templates, booking rules, and other customer-facing content before launch. KAAB Global will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist with setup, but you remain responsible for confirming that the information reflects your business accurately.
You must keep your calendars, availability, staff schedules, CRM data, and service details up to date. Incorrect or outdated information may result in scheduling issues, missed appointments, inaccurate responses, or workflow errors.
You are also responsible for complying with laws applicable to your business, including requirements related to customer consent, marketing messages, SMS communication, email communication, call recording, privacy notices, regulated industries, and customer data handling.
5. Customization and Additional Work
KAAB Global may customize automations, scripts, integrations, websites, funnels, and workflows based on your selected plan and agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or a separate written agreement.
We will make reasonable efforts to explain any additional fees before beginning extra work.
6. Support
KAAB Global may provide onboarding, training, documentation, troubleshooting, or support through email, phone, chat, video calls, or other channels we make available. Support coverage may vary depending on your package or agreement.
Our support relates to the services and systems we configure or manage. Unless separately agreed, KAAB Global is not responsible for performing day-to-day manual receptionist duties, manually managing your leads, manually responding to your customers, or running advertising or marketing campaigns outside the agreed service scope.
7. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, including phone carriers, AI providers, CRM systems, calendar applications, website platforms, hosting providers, email providers, SMS providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and other software services.
KAAB Global is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, limitations, data loss, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. No Guarantee of Results
KAAB Global provides tools, automation systems, and implementation support designed to improve response time, consistency, lead capture, follow-up, and operational efficiency. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, appointment volume, search ranking, customer conversion, review count, or business outcome.
Actual results depend on many factors, including your market, offer, pricing, response process, staff availability, customer demand, competition, advertising, customer service quality, and the accuracy of information you provide.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use KAAB Global services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, spam-related, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You must not use our services to send messages without required consent, impersonate others, collect data unlawfully, interfere with systems, or violate the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate service if we believe your use creates legal, security, reputation, compliance, or operational risk.
10. Intellectual Property
KAAB Global retains ownership of its software configurations, methods, templates, workflows, internal processes, designs, scripts, training materials, documentation, AI setup methods, and other proprietary assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A client receives a limited right to use the services and deliverables provided under the applicable plan or agreement. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from KAAB Global systems, methods, or materials without written permission.
Client-owned materials, such as business logos, brand assets, website content, FAQs, service details, and customer data, remain the client’s property. You grant KAAB Global permission to use those materials as needed to provide the services.
11. Website and Digital Marketing Services
Website design, funnel creation, landing pages, digital marketing support, campaign setup, or maintenance services may be offered as optional or additional services. These services are included only when specifically stated in your plan, proposal, or agreement.
Any specific scope, revisions, timelines, hosting details, third-party costs, or deliverables for website and marketing services should be defined separately.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAAB Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, customer claims, or reputational harm arising from use of the services.
Our services are software-enabled and may not be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every scenario. You acknowledge that automated systems may occasionally produce errors, misunderstand inputs, fail due to third-party issues, or require human review.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAAB Global harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, your breach of applicable laws, your customer communications, or information and content you provide to us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute related to these Terms or the services will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
KAAB Global may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or technology. Updated Terms may be posted on our website or shared with clients by email or other notice.
Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the services and cancel your subscription if applicable.
